Returns/ Exchange/ Cancellation/ Shipping Costs Policy

The table below describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, for use of this website for services provided by World of Sugandh. FOR ONLINE ORDERS

RETURNS & EXCHANGE APPLICABLE CONDITION ACTION
APPAREL & ACCESSORIES Returns can be made within 7 days from the date of delivery for all online orders, provided the tags are intact and the product is unused. Please note, exchanges can only be done for size issues. YES
MISSING ITEMS Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if any item is missing from their order. To process the claim, an unboxing video of the order must be provided, along with clear images of all received items. YES
DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. YES
ALTERED PRODUCTS No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer. NO
CANCELLATION Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse/store. We can initiate an exchange/store credit or a refund for prepaid orders which may normally take up to 15 working days. However, the refund/ store credit will be paid after deducting the shipping charge of INR 150 paid by the customer at the time of placing the order. YES
SHIPPING COSTS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES The Company will cover the shipping costs for the first size exchange request. For any subsequent size exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for the reverse pickup and delivery costs, which amount to INR 200. Please note that "multiple exchanges" refer to multiple size exchange requests, even if the products were purchased in a single order. YES
FAILED QUALITY CHECK ON RETURN If a returned product fails our internal quality check, the return or exchange request will be denied. The same product will be sent back to the customer. Courier charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, or they may choose to self-pick up the product from our facility. NO
INCORRECT PRODUCT SENT BY CUSTOMER If the customer returns a wrong product, “World of Sugandh” will not be liable for the incorrect item received. The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to reclaim it. If the customer wishes to have the same product sent back to them, courier charges must be paid at the time of delivery or they may choose to self-pick up the item. The correct item must then be sent to us at the customer’s own cost. If the customer requests us to arrange a second reverse pickup, shipping charges will be deducted twice. NO

CANCELLATION BY THE WoS

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept / fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The WoS and accept The WoS’s decision regarding the cancellation

Shipping & Delivery Policy

The terms of Delivery Policy must be understood. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Team “World of Sugandh” is committed to deliver all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 5 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. “World of Sugandh” (WoS) makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

Delivery Charge

WoS has a non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 150 per order. All online orders carry a INR 150 shipping charge. The prices are all inclusive of taxes. WoS partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from WoS, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. WoS shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. WoS may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. WoS shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.

COD/ Prepaid

While WoS aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) all across India, currently, WoS has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of WoS, WoS will not be able to process the order further. Order Delivery Timelines

Usually, orders are dispatched within 5 days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after WoS has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‘My orders’ section of WoS website.

Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, WoS reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While WoS shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of

  • Unsuitable weather conditions;
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
  • Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, WoS shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, WoS shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.

Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by WoS reverse-logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from WoS. Please note that WoS shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. What if I have received the product in damaged condition?

If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Please notify us immediately on consumer experience helpline on +918141-133-133 or email on worldofsugandh@gmail.com mentioning the Order ID. Post validation WoS will ensure that a new order is placed and sent with no additional cost.
