Return & Exchange Policy – World of Sugandh (WoS)

At World of Sugandh, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. We strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience while ensuring transparency and fairness.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for size issues or product defects.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • In case of defects or damages, customers must share a clear unboxing video as proof.

Once the request is approved, we will initiate the exchange subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit note will be issued.

2. Return Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. All refunds are provided strictly in the form of store credit.

  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹100 per item will be deducted while processing the return, as orders are shipped with free delivery.
  • Store credit will be valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
  • Alternatively, customers may opt for an exchange for another product of equal value.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits
  • Items purchased using a credit note

4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for serviceable locations.
  • For non-serviceable areas, customers are required to self-ship the product.
  • A standard shipping fee may be applicable or deducted, depending on the case.

5. Quality Promise

As an ethical and handcrafted fashion brand, slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery are natural and reflect the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.
